Personal relationships are at the core of community banking—the ability to have a meaningful discussion with a decision maker, to get advice for a small matter, or just connect with someone who knows what you’re going through.

Miguel oversees TCB’s commercial and residential lending division. He is an industry veteran with nearly 30 years of expertise in commercial real estate lending and construction and business loans. Miguel has worked for such banks as USTrust, Citizens Bank, and Century Bank, always focusing within the Boston/Cambridge markets. His knowledge of these areas helps his customers make prudent decisions regarding their businesses and investments. Additionally, Miguel has served on many nonprofit organizations boards including Ellis Memorial (South End) and Sociedad Latina (Mission Hill). He has been a mentor for young professionals at Conexion and was a member of LeadBoston. He also has been very involved in youth sports and coaching travel basketball, little league baseball, and travel soccer for the town of Milton. Miguel is a graduate of Eastern Conn State University.

Just like in its name, a community bank like TCB puts the “community” first. That’s why I love community banking, especially working as a Commercial Banker at TCB!

Bob joined TCB in 2019 as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking. He brings over ten years of business banking experience to the role. In the past, Bob held roles in marketing communications at the MBTA, running a call center for a home improvement company, and lastly, inside sales at Aramark on the uniform and work apparel side. Bob obtained his bachelor’s at St. Anselm’s and an MBA at Suffolk University. He was recently elected as a town meeting member in Milton where he lives with his wife and two children.
