Welcome to TCB Online Banking!

Please read the applicable instructions below to access our new TCB Online Banking system. We recommend printing this page so you can follow the steps as you go through the first time login process.

Existing TCB Online Banking Users:

If you are an existing Online Banking user and logging in to our new system for the first time since May 20, 2014, read these instructions carefully:

1. Click the Login button under Personal Online Banking menu located on the left-hand side of The Cooperative Bank website.

2. On the login screen, click the “I am a new user.” link.

3. Enter your existing User ID, now referred to as your Login ID, in the Login ID box and click the Submit button.

4. You will be presented with a choice of delivery options to receive a Secure Access Code. The options are based on the information we have on file for you and may include email, phone, or text message. Select the desired delivery method. Your Secure Access Code should arrive within one (1) minute.

5. Once you receive your Secure Access Code, enter it in the Secure Access Code box and click Submit.

6. You will now be prompted to create a new password. Your new password must meet the password requirements listed. Once you have entered your new password and confirmed it, click Submit.

7. Review your online profile and contact information. If any of this information is incorrect, you may send us a secure message once you’re logged in and provide us with the new information or contact us at (857) 203-9550. Click Submit Profile. Note: If you were unable to login in successfully, please call us at (857) 203-9550 for further assistance.

8. Review the Online Banking Agreement and Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure and click “I Accept.”

9. Congratulations! You will now have access to our new Online Banking system. For your security, please remember to always safeguard your Login ID and Password to prevent unauthorized access.

10. Upon logging in for the second time, you will once again be asked to obtain a Secure Access Code. This time, you will be given the option to register your computer or mobile device. If you choose to do so and have browser cookies enabled, you won’t have to obtain an additional Secure Access Code each time you log in from that computer. For security purposes, any time you login from an unregistered computer or mobile device, you will be prompted to obtain and enter a Secure Access Code.
